Program Advertising Rates and Specs

In order to honor our amazing awardees, AFP produces a program that highlights our sponsors, awardees, nominating organizations, and provides space for you to honor your favorite award winner.

For 2020’s virtual event, an interactive digital program will be made widely available, and a special commemorative printed copy will be presented to each sponsor and honoree.
Your purchase of advertising to highlight your organization and awardee, helps us continue to honor and recognize philanthropists, volunteers, and professional fundraisers in our community who are making such a tremendous difference in the lives of so many, every day. Your support of NPD is supporting recognition of the many people in our community who help our community thrive.

Please select your desired ad size below and you will be taken to a shopping cart to submit payment. Upon payment you will be contacted with more detailed information about your program ad as well as submission information. Please note: All camera-ready ads due by October 16, 2020.

Ads should be submitted as color press ready Adobe Acrobat PDF (recommended). Also accepted, InDesign, Photoshop (saved as a TIFF or EPS file) or Illustrator (saved as an EPS file). Convert all fonts in files to outlines and include linked files. If desired, your ad in the digital program can be linked directly to your webpage of choice – please include the weblink in the form below.

Note: All hi-resolution images must be a minimum of 300 DPI at 100% of final print size.

Quarter Page: Color 5” x 1.9125” Landscape
Half Page: Color 5” x 3.9375” Landscape
Three Quarter Page: Color 5” x 5.9875” Portrait
Full Page: Color 8” x 5” Portrait
