Deb Dale is a Certified Fundraising Executive who, over the course of her 20+ year career, has helped raise over $50 million and assisted organizations in distributing millions more. Prior to joining Arizona Public Media as Chief Development Officer, she was principal of Deb Dale & Associates, and a founding partner of Smith & Dale LLC, both Tucson-based fundraising and nonprofit management consulting firms. She has served as Chief Development Officer for The Primavera Foundation, Corporate and Major Gifts Officer for the Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault, and Chief Executive Officer of Arizona List.
