Plan Winning Year-end Appeals
Successful year-end appeals start with a written plan that documents every aspect of your print and digital communications. In this session, you’ll use Abeja’s proprietary creative brief to think through the strategy, creative requirements, and partners you need to have in place. Plus, attendees will get free access to the worksheets in Abeja’s new book, How to Fundraise by Mail: A Digital Native’s Guide, so you can save time, money, and headache in this critical Giving Season.
Brianna Klink and Laura A. Ingalls are the co-owners of Abeja Solutions, a woman-owned small business that helps nonprofits nationwide master direct mail fundraising. They met at a large nonprofit in Phoenix, where they planned and executed high-performing donor communications and trained thousands of nonprofit grantees across the U.S. and Canada. These small-to-medium organizations struggled to consistently ask, thank, and report impact back to donors, especially in the channel most donors prefer: mail. With friends, Laura and Brianna founded Abeja in 2014 to deliver a complete and affordable solution to direct mail fundraising. They recently co-authored their first book, How to Fundraise by Mail: A Digital Native’s Guide.
