In this role she oversees AZPM’s audience services\, fundraising\, membership and underwriting revenue centers and teams. She holds her CFRE credential (Certified Fund Raising Executive) and is an Association of Fundraising Professionals Master Trainer ®. \nOver the course of her career\, she has helped raise over $50 million and assisted organizations in distributing tens of millions more. She was named the Southern Arizona Fundraising Executive of the Year\, has been honored by the University of Arizona’s Eller College and was named one of Tucson’s ’40 Under 40’ Business Leaders. \nPrior to joining AZPM she spent over a decade as a fundraising and nonprofit management consultant with Smith & Dale\, LLC and Deb Dale & Associates. In that role she provided fundraising and executive coaching\, facilitated board retreats\, strategic planning processes\, educational trainings\, and performance audits for countless organizations. She also helped design and implement capital campaigns for more than a dozen organizations. \nDeb has served on numerous committees and boards of directors over the years. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Tucson’s Leading Women\, the Association of Fundraising Professionals\, Planned Giving Round Table of Southern Arizona and Old Pueblo Water Polo. He has an extensive background in social media\, digital communications\, and marketing along with experience in grant research and writing\, individual giving\, special event planning\, stewardship\, and cultivation of donors. Josh is a pioneering educator in the realm of artificial intelligence for nonprofits\, having contributed to the development of a specialized curriculum at The Fund Raising School to empower nonprofit organizations with AI competencies. Break out of the traditional constructs of banquet halls\, rounds\, and typical decor. \nAshley La Russa founded Roux Events in 2019\, an event management company with a primary focus on supporting the growth of organizations and community leaders that foster equity\, diversity\, and inclusion initiatives. Ashley is the creator of the largest accessible directory of Black Businesses in Arizona called Blax Friday. \nBlax Friday is the ONLY Black Business app in Arizona\, solving the issue of locating Black businesses statewide. The monthly market\, SOUL FOOD WEDNESDAYS is a celebration of life that spotlights Black businesses in partnership with local venues. \nAshley serves on the Local First Arizona Business Advisory Council\, BIPOC Community Loan Committee\, Downtown Parade of Lights and Festival Board\, and the African American Legacy Fund Board.
